Where do you ship from?

Perth, Western Australia.

How long will it take for my order to ship?                                                         

Orders will be shipped within 1-6 business days 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?                                                        

If you live within Australia, estimated delivery time is 1-2 weeks or 1-3 days if you live in metro WA. International orders take approximately 6-12 weeks, due to international mail delays.

Do you offer tracking?                                                                                         

Yes! All international orders containing pins or charms come with tracking. Sticker only international orders do not come with tracking. If you would like tracking please select at checkout.

Tracked and express shipping is available for all Australian orders. Domestic orders under 125g are shipped untracked by default, please choose tracked or express at checkout if you would like tracking for small orders!

Do you offer local pickup?

I do not offer pick up at this time, sorry! 

Returns & refunds

I don't like my items/I changed my mind, can I get a refund?                           

No, all sales are final and I will not accept returns or issue refunds if you simply decide you don't want your items anymore. I will not refund orders that you require for a specific date, but arrive late.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged/missing items?                               

I do my best to carefully pack your order so that it makes it to your safely, but if your order happens to arrive damaged or missing something, please contact me so I can resolve the issue.
